Unable to unsubscribe to Newsletter

Hi, I used to be a Miladys account holder. I have closed my account about 4 months ago and since then I have trying to unsubscribe to the weekly newsletter. That seems to be impossible. I have tried the 'unsubscribe' button on the newsletter. That takes you to a site to unsubscribe, but as soon as you click the button, it tels you \There seem was problem with saving your information.\" (not even proper English). I have emailed customer care 3 times, requesting to unsubscribe. Nothing happened. I have emailed their complaints department. Their response was that I must read their terms & conditions to make sure they can legally assist me and then send another email. What bullsh*t is that??
