Unable to unsubscribe from spam mail

<p>I have never signed up for Milady's' email news letters. When I try the unsubscribe link, it does not work. I have phoned on two occasions to have me unsubscribed. They promised they did, but I am still receiving emails from them. I don't know what to do anymore! ANNOYED!!!</p>

I appreciate your prompt response and resolving the issue! Much appreciated. Can I ask you to investigate the "Unsubscribe" link on all marketing material sent out - my opnion is that it is not working.
