I am writing to report an issue regarding *****ulent activity at your Milady’s store at Bela Mall. Last December, my mother purchased a pair of shoes on her account. However, the consultant assisting her mistakenly placed the wrong shoes on her account and gave her a different pair. Unfortunately, the shoes became damaged, and when we returned to the store, we were informed that the shoes she had were not listed on the receipt. This indicates that the consultant may have taken the correct shoes and exchanged them with a different pair, which we do not recognize. Now they cannot take back the shoes
