Treat Every shopper the same

Hi, I regularly take my 68 year old aunt who is deaf to shop at Miladys Pavillion. Yesterday I had a very unfortunate and embarrassing encounter. My aunt bought a pair of sandals. She paid for them and when asked if she wanted a packet she declined as we did shopping at the other stores in Pavillion and made use of those packets. After making payment she came to the shoe dept as this is where my family and I were seated and proceeded to place the sandals in the packet. There were a number of patrons in the department and the young lady proceeded to ask my aunt whether she paid for the sandals. She then asked for proof and my aunt had to remove the slip from her bag to show this lady. The lady scrutinized the slip as if it was some random slip of paper. We were mortified as patrons were staring at us. We did advise the ladies at the door of what had happened but doubt whether anything was done about it. We will rather not shop at this branch at all unless absolutely necessary. Not all Indian people *****... Please bear in mind all the other ppl in the department were black
