tired of being treated badly

firstly well done employing mostely females but at times its better to work under male managers.2 females you have employed first being Denise this woman does not seem to have a life she looks for ways to nail us she has no way of talking to staff very arrogant,her job as a visual manager is pathetic she has no clue, if her ideas were implemented it would scare away the customers when we give her ideas she looks at us as tho we are brainless yet it is better ideas than hers she is not meant to be a manager.the other manager is Sarj making her a manager just cos of long service is also pathetic she has no management s****s she talks rudely to us staff and to store managers she asks us as staff to spy on the store manager and give her feedback as to their doings is that the making of a manager she makes things personal and if we talk back she holds a grudge and looks for ways to nail us she looks for ways to set us and the store managers for failure is that how a manager supposed to behave?we together with them supposed to work together to make Miladys a better place so customers can come in but these 2 women's attitude stink i can assure you there are better qualified store managers that will do a far better job than these 2 useless women even us if we are given an opportunity we will be better than them.to these 2 females were are their slaves and they think they better than we are, should they not be dealt with we are discussing of taking this further maybe SAHRC or the EQUALITY court or our political party
