Threatening message from miladys

I have received threatening messages from miladys telling if I don't arrange payment for the amount with 625 summons will be send to me this was send after speaking to one consultant who told me that they have tried to debit my account and there was no money my God

At first she says they received the payment what confused consultant any I went through my bank and miladys didn't not debit my account okay

To cut the story short I received 2 messages to authority miladys to bill R625 from my account on the 27th - my question why this month because is last payment why should I authority them

Can someone with sense call me and explain to this
