Terrible Service

I have had an account at Miladys for many years. I had a credit limit of R8 240. However ever suddenly in December 2024, when I went to purchase something at the store - my credit limit was reduced (without my knowledge nor consent) to R27. How is this possible? What can a person buy for R27 at a clothing store? I was advised to call into Miladys to find out what happened. When I call in - they cannot advise why they removed the credit limit and I must go to the store to fix it. This, after having been told at a store that they cannot help me? When I asked to speak to a Manager, I was placed on hold for 4 mins. Then all of a sudden, they could help me - if they did help me.

This has been a serious waste of my resources and I find the service to be disappointing.

The saddest part of all is that I have been paying fees of close to R40-R50 per month for a very long period for this type of service.

Please can I have confirmation that my credit limit has been reinstated.
