Terrible Terrible, They do not answer the phone its always unavailable or network is congested : ***. someone used my mother's account to purchase airtime online for total amounts exceeding 1500 (not once off). She reported at Mildays branch in Louis Trichardt and was advised to log a ***** case and forward through relevant documents and they will conduct an investigation. Today she received an sms stating her account is being handed over to Legal Debt collections attorney. Still when we try yo call the number says the Network is congested.
