Terrible customer service

I reached out here as Mildays were not responding to my request for assistance of my account being used **********ly. They responded - said they would get in touch with me. They did - I got an automated response and then nothing else. Do they even have a customer service department? I am pulling my hair out! For over a month I have been sending emails and only getting automated responses and no one is actually reading my emails, answering my question or helping me.
