Terrible Accounts department

Useless Accounts department!!

I opened an Account with miladys in October 2019. I didnt use this account at all. In Feb 2020 I phoned in and requested them to close this account.

My home loan has now been declined because Miladys listed my account as arrears and It shows that I am a slow payer on my credit report. I am furious. Do you have any idea how your false info affect us.

Please have this rectified asap.

I expect feedback from Miladys!!
