Stop de*****ing pensioners

My elderly mother has an account with the store. She has paid up and requested that they stop the miladys club card she joined. She went to their store in Randfontein for the past 6 months and still her request was denied. They told her that the head office is not answering, then they said it can't be stopped on the same day of payment. Now the account fees are accumulating. I am just disappointed that they continously fail a pensioner in her request
