Stingy to give packaging when buying clothing

As a frequent shopper at this lovely store for the past couple of years. We have a new branch opened at the Nebourhood in Johannesburg. I have spend many thousands at this shop. The service is wonderful and the staff is a credit to the business. The biggest downfall is that when one gets to the till buying thousands of Rands worth of clothing one has to purchase a bag to put ones clothing in or you are given it by hand to take home without any packaging. This is unacceptable and from now on I will gladly shop at Woolworths who have no problem giving us bags for clothing. Sorry you lost a very good customer.
