Still more frustration with Miladys Mr Price

I have still not had my collect return to Mr Price resolved. On Monday, two days ago, a lady called Sharon phoned from the Mr Price Pavilion telling me she had received my return which Mr Price had collected from me, but did not know what she was supposed to do with it.
