Staff non chalant attitude towards staff

I entered the store with my Gran who is a regular client.<br> Never have I been in the store where I felt so ashamed of entering a store.<br> It really sounded like a checkers bakery staff shouting at each other front and back.<br> <br> We attempted to look at clothes at the entrance a staff member stood in front of us shouting at another employee about deciding on a jean.<br> <br> I work in retail myself and although I work for an international brand I feel every store in retail should have the same respect level when customers enter.<br> <br> I lost all my respect for this once high end store.<br> <br> Don't become like any other lower clothing store.<br> <br>
