Staff is right, customer is wrong

Miladys is Westcoast Mall appears to have the following motto: The one on the floor knows everything about every product in the store and therefore don't have to check on a system. The customer is always wrong in this place. I used to really like this store ... pity that one person can mess up a perfect system.

Sorry Milady Westcoast Mall. I couldn't make this one just go as there were others in the same shop complaining about her.
