Shoddy Customer Service & Inconsistent Bra Sizes in a pack.

I bought a 2 piece bra set from Miladys in Canal Walk, but I didn't realise when puchasing it, that the one bras was like 5 sizes smaller than the other. I got home and saw this, and I was upset.

I then went to Bayside mall (because they are closer to me) to rectify this, and they said that we'll do a swop and they'll have Canal Walk deliver the proper sized bra to the Bayside within a week,and that they'd call me to come fetch it. They said this during the first week of August. It is now the 12th of September and Milady's has not contacted me to let me know anything.

I called the Bayside Store a few minutes ago, and apparently they have not received the ordered bra, and they don't have that bra size in stock at all at Canal Walk.

So how will Canal Walk deliver a bra size that they don't have to Bayside? And why does it take so long to resolve this issue. I paid for a set of two bras, not one and a half bras.

Your customer service is horrible. Fix it.
