Shocking service non existent

‪***‬ bought item online almost 2 weeks ago. I was told on 29 September that my order has been collected by Courier and on its way to the Secunda store. Yesterday when I phoned they said the item will be in Secunda today or tomorrow. I have not been able to track order. Yesterday late I received an email informing me they are still waiting for courier to collect my item. 2 weeks for a courier to collect. Who is fooling here now. ‪***‬ order nr. I ordered this shoes as I need it for tomorrow. I do not have any money to buy another pair and Milady's dont feel a thing. Their service is shocking, in fact there is no service.
