Shocking Service

I went to my Miladys branch in Matlosana Mall Klerksdorp today and was absolutely appalled by the service I received from them. I needed to return some items of my mothers which were Mother's day gifts but I didn't have the slip and one of the tags bar code was partly torn. I was assisted by Nobuhle(Nonto) who now had to put a little bit of effort in to get the barcodes. She said this is going to be a lot of work JESUS. She huffed and puffed while doing this. The manager and another staff member were at the counter and the manager at no time said anything. Where has the customer service gone. I would like some type of action be taken.
