Good day, I have opened an account in 2019, all went well. In March my wife wanted to purchase something, and it was said my credit has been suspended due to no payment for December, we paid immediately as we were unaware of non payment. We went back in April, still no credit, called again and was advised that credit suspended as I am under debt review.

Now here is the thing - I AM NOT UNDER DEBT REVIEW, Did not apply nor anything.
