Shocked!

On the 28th of August I went to Milady`s at Gezina Galleries to exchange pants for my mother. <br> <br> There were 3 ladies behind the till. One was on the phone, the other was helping me and to my surprise the third lady was getting undressed in front of everyone. She was standing behind the counter and then took of her top, standing there in her black, lace bra for all the store to see.<br> <br> I was not the only customer in the store. As soon as I started complaining, she walked away which left me with the view of her underpants sticking out of her jeans. It was disturbing enough for me to see and how much worse could it have been if there were children in the store with their parents and who knows how often this occurs?<br> <br> The lady that was helping me spoke to me in Afrikaans and said that she is sorry for the inconvenience, I told her that it is not inconvenient but inappropriate and unprofessional.<br> <br> Regrettably I did not get her name but I hope that you will follow up this complaint and send the lady for training to be a sales consultant for she clearly does not know how to act in front of customers.<br> <br> I sent them an email and they only rep**** by asking my contact number. No apology.<br>
