RUDE BEHAVIOR AND VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Sunday 20.02.2022 I went to return paints early morning about 9:06 i walked in to the shop. i browsed to see if i can find something else i like took another pair of pants and went to try it on, there where 2 ladies busy unpacking/sorting stock i told them im bring pants back but i just want to try them on they barely acknowledge me and just went on with their conversation. so i tried the pants on took it back to the rack the 1 lady was busy there i asked her about pants and she just walked away. i thought thats very rude but maybe she did not hear me. then i walk over to the counter where she was busy on her cellphone after a while she said i will be with you just now. Finally my turn and i was the only customer in the shop I told her i would like to return the pants the other lady joined and asked account i said NO i paid cash then lady number 1 said they dont have a float to refund me. I was really not impressed with the rude behavior of the 2 They did not even bother to asked if they can help me find something else JUST MY PROBLEM BECASUE THEY DONT HAVE A FLOAT TO REFUND ME ONLY THE BIG STORES GET A R1000.00 FLOAT.
