Rude and bad for business employee

On Sunday, 30th August 2015 my girlfriend and I went to pay for my Milady's account at Eastgate Shopping . This is a normal routine and she is always carrying a sling bag which we utilise for all our cards, money, etc. To my surprise, on this day a lady was standing next to the accessories counter and shouted at one of the store assistance who looked scared of her saying she must come pick up accessories. We were stunned by her rudeness towards her fellow employees.<br> I asked my girlfriend for both my Milady's and bank card so I could pay as it was my turn. Just as we were about to leave the shop, this bossy woman calls my girlfriend and took her to \her office". I went and sat next to the shoe and bags area . My girlfriend returned and told me she was accused of *****ing and searched but nothing was found. the boss came as she was relating her experience and told me that she was suspected because she opened her bag. Are we not allowed to open our handbags within your stores? I told her that does not make sense. She tried to explained that they experiencing a lot of theft by both customers and store employees which some of them will be fired by next month. Please do something."""
