Refusal to cancel a data contract.

I Thembi Seabi on 1st June I was ****** my phone then on the second of June I went to mtn try to get new contract and swimswab so mtn checked me and they find out that I had the contract with miladys they told me to cancel the the contract with I went to miladys I explained to them and they dialed the number I explained to them then they said they will deliver the simcard then I told them that I don't have phone then I told them I want to cancel they transfer me to cancelation department I hold for two hours and they didn't answer okay I skipped two days I went back same thing happened then I notify the staff members that I will report you will be my witness
