Refusal of return/exchange

I have a similar experience to one of your other customers who was refused the return/exchange of a shaper. I bought two of them this week and was unhappy with the design. Once they were off the hanger and I got them home, I realized that they are a strange design - very short and not going up to the waist as shapers should. I agree 100% with your other customer - shapers are not panties - they go over panties. Mine still had the tag on and it is obvious that they have not been worn and are in the same condition they were in when buying them. I have emailed customer service, and should they still refuse this return or an exchange, I will be paying my account up and closing it. I have been a loyal customer of theirs for many, many years and have spent a lot of money at their stores. I have very seldom returned an item and am not happy about their refusal.
