Refund not paid - money kept by Miladys. No feedback at all.

I am due a refund and have been promised on e-mail by Jessica Moolman that it has been done on 11 June already. The money is STILL NOT in my account. I have e-mail Miladys 4 times about this but am getting absolutely no response about money that is mine. This is ******** and *****ulent to say the least. Please revert urgently.
