R50/m theft by Miladys

Noticed on my account a monthly deduction of R50. Tried to find out what it is for and to stop it. When I phoned Miladys, they said I must go to the branch. At the branch they see the deduction, but have no idea what it is for. They cannot stop it. Thus, the only option left is to close my account ASAP, to stop this theft. Miladys is *****ing on a monthly basis R50 from me which they cannot explain and cannot stop.
