Quality of shoes

I buy all my clothes at Miladys and have been doing so for more than 20 years. Shoes used to last for years, the last 4 pairs of sandals bought from Miladys since November have all came apart at the seams and soles. I reported this to the sales lady and she calmly agreed that the quality is not what it used to be. I am very unhappy, do I now have to change my clothes store or is someone going to look into this matter?
