Poor Service from Online Shopping Staff

I tried to place an order through their online shopping portal, but when you try and pay with your Miladys account it keeps on saying an error has occurred, please try again later. I tried to phone the online shopping department, but they are unfriendly and unhelpful, they say they will try and find out if there is a problem, and then they don't phone back. **** and unacceptable service. I will be closing my account as soon as I have paid it off.
