Poor service

I am so disappointed with the above shop, I bought a dress using online shopping and they said it takes 4-7days before receiving your order, that was fine with me but to my surprised when I try to track the parcel it says the parcel is not yet scanned, I called to check the lady said they are still waiting for my order from other shops,it was also fine but till today I visited the nearest store they told me to be patient for how long I don’t know
