Poor quality of product bought at Milady's
I would like to know how to proceed with a complaint as my attempt to make contact via email address [Email Removed] (as indicated on website [URL Removed] was unsuccessful.<br> My wife bought a blouse on 12/06/2015 for the amount of R325-00 (Cash Sale Tax Invoice No 4436-1-72561) from Milady's Bethlehem Mall.<br> The quality of the product is unacceptable because on the very first hand wash 3 holes appeared in the material.<br> This is the second time that this has happened to her when purchasing clothing at Milady's. <br> We are pensioners and have to travel 60km to get to Milady's Bethlehem.<br> <br> I will appreciate your help in this regard.
