Poor online and customer care service ever

If i could give 0 that would be my star I have never got such bad service for online shopping as with miladys first order i paid for the items didn't get one of the items canal walk miladys phoned and said they will refund nd out of stock product i bever got the refund now customer care says i never paid for that item which is a lie the stuff i got doesnt add to the price a paid online now with the second order i paid for 7 items received one of the 7 they going to refund the other 6 but i only got less then half of the items price from R1724 i got R548 back the item received was R79 where the hell is the rest of my money or items day light ******* never use miladys online ever
