POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
I placed an order for collection at the store. From the 23rd to the 5th Aug is 11 working days and that is only to a Milays shop at a charge of R10 yet my orders from Woolworth and Cape Union Mart took 3 days and that was door to door. How do you explain that? Chloe from the help desk decided not to answer this question and just ignore me.
