Poor customer service

The bra I normally buy from Miladys (Everyday bra) is not available in my usual size 40B nor in a 38B. My branch is unable to get it and it is not available online, in spite of all the labels on the other sizes available instore saying that these two sizes are available. I emailed the contact centre and the reply was that it was not currently available. My follow up query as to when it might be available went unanswered. I then called the contact centre and was told the same - that it was not available, the consultant saying there was no way she could find out when it would be available again, and becoming quite impatient with me when I persisted in wanting this information. All I want is to be told when this stock will be available, and if they are no longer making the bra in the sizes I need I want to be told and they should then reprint the labels that give false information.
