Pay back my club fees

I have been a loyal client of Miladys for several years. In 2014 I specifically asked them to remove me from their club membership which they did. In 2017 however I became aware that I was a club member again without my knowledge or permission to do so. It is now approximately 4years later and still I have to pay club fees. I feel that they are *****ing my money and they need to pay it back.
