Pathetic Service from the Head office.

<p>Hi had wrote a previouse complaint on hello peter about the bad service i had received with regards to my milady's account (They put insurance on my account without my permission) then someone from head office gave me a call to help me on the 22nd of December 2016 and said he will call me back in an hour which he did not do and i have not received any responce from anyone since then! This is pathetic service and that from the head office. </p>
