Pathetic no service
I have been trying to contact Milady's since 27 Jamuary 2021. I sent emails requesting them to cancel my Club membership. I called several times and eventually spoke to Phindile and furnished her with all the info requesting her to cancel myClub Membership. After the call I received an email stating confirmation of change of email address. Really? Either it is just laziness on Phindile' part or she does not understand English. It's totally aggravating for a simple request to to be carried out.
