You GET STUCK with a person that DOESN'T KNOW whas going on - and then REFUSES to put you through to a Manager that HOPEFULLY, will be able to help you.

It is SO PATHETIC‼️

Don't EVER get an account from these people - they will ONLY IRRITATE THE **** OUT OF YOU and you will still be LEFT IN THE DARK.
