Paid but no merchandise
Pure ******. I placed an online order for which I receive and email stating that the order is complete and READY FOR PICKUP at Miladys Kolonade. My wife has been there 3 times and every time they tell her come back tomorrow. This is ****** because its costing us a lot in fuel to travel 50km every day just to be ignored without a good explanation. All they just say is "order delayed". I think they stole my order and now they try to ignore me as long as possible in the hope that I give up. I will fight this into the highest court and slander Miladys on all the social media if they don't give me my order.

13 Dec 2021, 10:56Miladys called me back and agreed that there is problems with the online ordering system. I'm not suppose to get an email stating "Order is ready for pick up" when it's not.
My wife did get the order after the fourth visit to the store. I however did not get feedback on why the store was unable to trace the order instead of just saying "order delayed, come back tomorrow". The store assistances needs more training with regards to online orders and give a more exact answer to the public. I will try the online ordering again in a few months to see if miladys has fixed the issues.
