Online stores, delivery not what it claims
This is for your online stores. First time customer, Buying items online. your delivery states between 5-7 working days. Well its been, to date 14 working days, this is now excluding weekends, that i am waiting for the order I placed. Whenever I queried, the only responses i got was that it is being sourced by other stores, we don't have a warehouse where we get stock from. Sorry to say, not my problem where you source your stock from. Then advertise online that there is no stock in Cape Town. Needless to say long story short, for the past 3 days it has been picked up by the courier service and still on route from JHB to Cape Town. So i hope the stock comes before i have to make payment. Will not use your online service again, here i thought it would make my life easier.
response from Mr Price stating that they escalated the issue to Milady's, so not long after that someone did indeed made contact with me. the lady Nicole profusely apologized and took full responsibility for the bad service. She said she would call me the next day, in which she did (but I did not like the Private number she called me from, as I usually do not answer calls from Private numbers and this was "business" related). The items was indeed then delivered on the day she made her follow up call. So thank you Nicole. But needless to say, I will not buy anything from your online store again.
