Why does Miladys offer online shopping, with delivery BUT, you have to return the items INSTORE???? the whole point of online shopping is NOT to go instore!!!!!

Kindly note when you order via the Miladys website we charge you a flat rate of R45 which covers the logistics cost of collecting the parcel from the fulfilment store and delivery to the depot and then from the depot to the customers home. Please note the overall courier charge does not cost R45.We as a business absorb the additional courier charges . The reason we do not offer a courier collection from the customer back to the store is because there is an additional courier rate involved . Please note we can arrange for a courier to collect your items however the customer is liable to pay for the additional fee from the courier.
