Online refund nightmare

Guys, what is going on with your online order processing and refunding times. I have only the best words to say for your shop assistants but oh my goodness your online in a disaster and nightmare of note. I'm waiting now for a week for items to be refunded but it hasn't even been processed yet. Then I'm told I must wait another 10 days to get my money back into my bank account. Then right now on this Friday evening, I get 2 emails confirming orders again that were canceled and waiting for refund. This happened in the week as well and more money was deducted off my account. I would just like my money back now for these 2 orders pls. Won't be purchasing online from your store again. *** and ***
