Online orders, bad bad bad

I have ordered shoes online and paid immediately via my bank card on 26 August, today is 12 September and didn't hear anything, non of my emails gets rep**** to and to top it all off, I went into the store where I asked my shoes to be delivered and they couldn't even give me a telephone number to follow up. Everyone pulls up their shoulders. I would like a refund and not the shoes. Pathetic
