Online order

I placed an online order on 7th November and to date my order has not been delivered. I received an email on 11th to say my order was shipped yet still no delivery to the branch I am meant to collect from. Each time I call I am told its on its way to a depot. I called today again and was told they will follow up with the courier and let me know. Still no feedback!
