Online item from 3 for 2 not received

I don't like complaining, it takes a lot for me to do so and especially about one of my favourite stores. I buy from Mildays ALOT. I recently orders from your 3 for 2 sale which ended last week. Yesteday my parcel arrived without my 1 item. I have sent emails regarding this, and eventually just decided to call. Where I was told that the item is out of stock and that's it, didn't get an email that it's out of stock, no offer to replace it, nothing, just sorry, it's out of stock and you are **** out of luck. This is not the Miladys I know. On top of that, why are your shirts getting shorter and shorter all the time? I ordered a so-called LONGER LENGTH tee in 3XL at an additional cost, and it's EXACTLY the same length as your normal tees. These items were all in the same order ***. Now, if I want to take these back for a refund, I won't get all my money back, as the 3rd item for the 3 for 2 was never sent to me. Not good at all, Miladys. Makes me not want to support you anymore.
