***** on on ‘closed’ account.

I closed my Miladys account on 27 March 2023. It was confirmed closed by Kendall King on the same day. Suddenly on 27 July I received and sms to say I owe R74.37 on my Miladys account. I send an email to Kendall King who rep**** to say they can only close my account one the amount is paid. He sent a statements to say it’s suddenly increased to R95.29. At the time he originally confirmed my account was closed there was zero owing on the account. So they have *******ly kept my account open (despite confirming it was closed) in order to *****ulently attempt to get more more money from me. I would recommend not opening account with Miladys nor the umbrella Mr Price group. If you have an account with them I suggest keeping a close eye on what they’re billing you as it seems they’re happy to operate deceptively.
