No soft skills

I just went in to Milady's to purchase a top and the Teller by the name of Pamella was so rude, we busy standing in the que and she is busy socialising when I approached her to ask if she is done, never in my life have I had such rudeness by a teller and worse part she is doing this in front of the store manager. Whom by the just stood and watched as her staff member was being extremely rude. I'm highly disappointed by such attitude and manners. I ended up deciding that I'm leaving the top cause clearly there don't need my business
