no return & no service

I went to exchange shoes my mother bought me that were to big. The lady at the desk was too busy with pricing and made a very weary effort to call over the customer service lady. When she finally arrived, I was told that my mother had to come in for the exchange I repeatedly told her that my mother lives more than 300km from here and that's why I brought the shoes here. There was no effort made to help me...on the contrary...she simply turned around and walked away without even handing me back the shoes. This is not the first time I had to deal with this bad attitude from them...I WILL not shop at Miladys again...I have had enough of them looking at me like I carry some disease!!! I have also told my mother that we are closing the account as I don't have time to be handled like this. And the call centre doesn't work either...absurd!!!
