No reply to requests via website or email despite your 24 hour promise

I have been trying to change my surname as I got married. I had sent a request via your website to do this and received a confirmation mail that I would receive a reply within 24 hours. That was on 26 June. I sent a reply email on 8 July requesting feedback. Still no reply. Today is 19 July - more than 3 weeks later - Still no reply.
