No customer service at ALL !! Activation of club services without authorisation.

I have been struggling to cancel my club membership for 4 months now, when in fact they had no authorisation to activate the services on my account. Numerous e-mails with NO response whatsoever. Request for the closing of account as well.

I guess one can't complain about service if there is NO SERVICE AT ALL.
