MRP 100 Plus New /Airtime Purchases on Account

Good Day

I have a complaint towards Miladys, I have been paying my account monthly but my balance never seems to go down. When I went into my transaction history I see there is MRP 100 Plus New of R100.00 going off every month and airtime purchases made on a monthly basis on my account without my knowledge. I really want my account rectified and all those purchases reversed with immediate effect. I am a pensioner and cannot afford to be ****med in this king of way. The R100.00 being taken on a monthly basis for this MRP 100 Plus, who gave them that permission.
